Nestled within a quiet community on Spartanburg’s east side near Hillcrest Shopping Center and near downtown, colleges, events, restaurants, shopping, hospitals and almost everything!
Each bedroom includes high quality bed linens , queen bed & new TV’s , Fully carpeted & ample closet space.
This 2 BR/1BA space is furnished with high end finishes. Fully equipped kitchen with stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave and all cooking equipment. . Full bath with bath tub and modern shower.
Covered deck with large screen TV, stereo sound system, seating, dining area and gas grill. Walking trails galore. Front door reserved parking. One level property with handicapped bars in the bathroom.
(No children, pets, parties or drugs. This is a smoking home with smoking allowed in designated areas. Each bedroom is equipped with air fresheners, ceiling fans, box fans and a professional ionizer machine if needed. Your host is a very polite retired gentleman and at your disposal for anything you might need.
