The apartment was okay, very conveniently located but no effort was made to make guests feel welcome. The pillows were old and worn, the table wobbly. The management company emailed incessantly about administrative things, not within the app- so it was difficult to find things upon arrival. The VRBO app said payment was made but it never showed on my card; the management company emailed about sending a bank wire but was unable/unwilling to provide the amount in Dollars. They forced the use of their outside app, their system failed to mail the box code to get the key (the excuse was that they weren’t set up to send this in English), we never received guest cards to use for discounts, and no access to WLan. But, they were very clear that they didn’t want to be disturbed after 7 pm, preferably only contacted between 4-5 pm. Also, requesting guests to log arrival and checkout time in their app. It was a hassle for a place that was just okay with old appliances and a broken elevator.
