Beautiful house great communication, clean and we had a great time. The kids loved the pool, amazing ground and so convenient for lake, train to Milan and lovely restaurants nearby. Never needed the car and would highly recommend.

Wonderful house

This was a wonderful house and location to our group. Nice garden with a pool and 5 places to cars helps a lot. Gate and fences gives you a security feeling. Location near railway station helps also to see other citys near Dervio.

The house was beautiful and spacious, very comfortable for a family of 7 adults. Restaurants, coffee shops, grocery store and hiking options were walkable. Bus and water transportation was within walking distance. We would return to this house.

The place was beautiful and had plenty of space. But we were not aware there was a lot of mosquitoes and the Wi-Fi was not great, but we got it figured out. We purchased an online eSIM to help with the Wi-Fi so we could work when we needed to remotely. And there are stores very close by that we got bug spray and alleviated that problem. The only other issue we were hoping to be able to swim a lot, but the pool was not heated. If it had been warm enough, it would’ve been perfect. But the place was beautiful. The house was awesome and we had an amazing time. It was a trip of a lifetime for sure.

Great location. Beautiful house. Nice grounds. Has a nice pool and outside dining area. Could be improved with small touches: fans for the hot days, extra pillows and towels, pool towels for the guests, a better equipped kitchen, better stocked toilets. The fridge is from the 1950s.All that said, we loved our stay.

Vacation review

We had come to Dervio on a family vacation. This house was lovely and spacious. All the bedrooms were beautiful with their own private bathroom. We wished there was a more comfortable common room, we mingled in the kitchen a lot. The pool was refreshing, along with the lake. Dervio was a lovely town, just enough to do there, everything is within walking distance. The bus stop and water ferry were easily accessible. The train was not working during our stay, but the bus was frequent and free.

Wunderschöne Villa mit Geräuschkulisse

Unser Aufenthalt in der Villa war schön, die Zimmer sind stilvoll eingerichtet, einige Badezimmer sind echte Highlights. Das Esszimmer bietet Platz für mind. 14 Personen. Lage: Die Villa befindet sich zwischen dem Bahnhof und einer viel befahrenen Straße. Für Geräuschempfindliche würde ich sie daher nicht empfehlen. Supermarkt sehr nah. Garten: Gepflegt und großzügig mit Pool, in dem genug Platz zum Schwimmen und Ballspielen ist. Unbedingt genug Autan mitnehmen, hier gibt es viele Stechmücken.
