In the resort 100 m from the centre of Marina di Mancaversa, in a sunny position, 30 m from the sea, 30 m from the beach, direct access to the beach. Public parking on the road. Grocery 200 m, supermarket 300 m, restaurant 200 m, bus stop 160 m, sandy beach "Punta della Suina" 1.5 km. Marina 500 m. Nearby attractions: Torre San Giovanni 13 km, Gallipoli 13.5 km, Santa Maria di Leuca 45 km, Lecce 51 km, Otranto 60 km.

Very simple furnishings: living/sleeping room with 1 bed and open-hearth fireplace (only for decoration), dining table, TV, air conditioning and forced-air heating.
