The appealing house is located in Chilhac next to the suspension bridge. This bridge has been listed since 2015 and is one of the four remaining suspension bridges in Haute-Loire. It spans the Allier River and offers a beautiful view of the gorges. The medieval village is located on the top of a rocky outcrop whose cliff is the result of a lava flow.



Laze and swim by the Allier River and rent canoes and kayaks in the summer and experience the river while paddling and rafting. Experience the tourist train through the gorges of the Allier from Langeac, where you will also find all the stores and markets. Discover the numerous hiking trails, ride quads, motorcycles, bicycles and mountain bikes or experience the forest picking mushrooms and listen to roaring deer in autumn.
