Das Haus ist sehr schön und wirklich mit Allem ausgestattet. Es liegt allerdings in einem Vorort von Kappeln (Ellenberg) und zu Fuß benötigt man ca. 20 Minuten bis zum Hafen/Stadtmitte. Für uns war das kein Problem, im Gegenteil haben wir die eher ruhige Lage sehr genossen.
