Gorgeous home in Porec

Villa Silvia is an elegant, comfortable villa located near one of the most popular tourist destinations in Istria - the beautiful town of Porec. The villa has 4 bedrooms and can accommodate up to 10 people. On the first floor you will find a spacious and elegant living room connected to the dining area and a fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar. On this floor there is also a bedroom with en-suite bathroom, a laundry room and a guest toilet. The other 3 light-flooded and cozy bedrooms are located on the upper floor. They are all furnished with a double bed and have their own bathroom. Two of the bedrooms on the upper floor share a terrace, while one bedroom has its own terrace. The terraces offer beautiful views of the pool and the surrounding area. From the living/dining area you have direct access to the 45 m2 private pool. The outdoor area also has a summer kitchen with barbecue and a dining area where you can enjoy a relaxed summer evening with local delicacies. The entire outdoor area and the pool are illuminated at night.

Villa Silvia is located in a quiet place, about 8 km northeast of Porec.

Porec is known for its rich cultural heritage, especially for the Euphrasian Basilica, which was built in the 6th century and is considered one of the most beautiful works of art in the world. Here you will find a wide selection of beautiful sunny beaches, excellent restaurants, cafés and bars. If you want to stay active during your vacation, Porec is the ideal place for you! Here you can play tennis, mini golf and beach volleyball as well as enjoy various water sports. The medieval hilltop towns of Motovun and Groznjan, from where you can enjoy a magnificent view of the Istrian countryside, are also within easy reach by car. However, if you just want to relax and enjoy the sun, you don't have to leave the villa as it offers everything you could possibly need on your vacation! :)
