One bedroom with a double bed is located on the ground floor, while the other two are on the first floor. Certainly one of the biggest plus points of this villa is the sauna, which is located in one of the bathrooms.

You will be amazed by the spacious terrace and the beautiful pool. The pool consists of two parts, the deeper one for swimming and the shallower one with hydro-massage. Vinjan (11 km from Pore) is a small town on a hill surrounded by forests, known for its internationally famous astronomical observatory. The town is surrounded by forests and is located 11 km north-east of Porec. The ancient terrace on the square, which is entered through a Venetian arch, offers a remarkable view of the sea. Ever since Venice ruled Visnjan, the town has been a renowned trading centre where agricultural products and tools of all kinds were sold. Even today, a traditional market is held on the last Thursday of every month, which is a special attraction for people from all over Istria.
