Relaxing villa with pool and peaceful views on the bay and its tides

This beautiful house with an american touch is located in Clouey right on the bay in a small cul-de-sac at the very end. Life here is determined by the rhythm of the tides, the bay view is unique, peaceful and idyllic. On the bay side of the house there is a terrace with garden furniture and a dining table, direct access to the bay (wadden sea at low tide). On the hidden side and nicely sheltered side of the house you will find the 4x7m saltwater pool with a wonderful terrace and seating area. The living room is situated in the middle of the U-shaped house, from there  are exits to both terraces (bay side and pool side).

All in all there are a total of 4 bedrooms, each with TV, some with exit to the bay, some with exit to the pool terrace. 4 bathrooms, 2x with tub and shower and 2x just shower. 4 toilets, including 2 separate toilets.

Bedrooms: 3 bedrooms each with a 1.60m double bed and 1 bedroom with 2 single beds.

Distances: Bay 0m, bay beach 300m, ocean 7km, cycle track 50m, restaurants from 300m, shops approx. 800m, market approx. 800m.
