Das Haus liegt am Anfang eines Dorfes von 12 Häusern in einer ruhigen Sackgasse, 10 Minuten von Sveti Lovrec entfernt. Dort oder in Kringa gibt es einen kleinen Supermarkt, in dem man einkaufen kann. Das Haus wird seit 14 Jahren vermietet und benötigt deshalb eine liebevolle Hand für kleine Erneuerungen: die Türen quietschen, Toilettendecken sind wackelig, warmes Wasser kommt erst nach 7 Minuten aus der Leitung. Es ist aber ein sehr gemütliches Haus mit einer toll ausgestatteten Küche: ausreichend Teller, Besteck, Gläser. Nur leider fehlen 2 Kannen: eine für Tee (es gibt nur eine Kaffeekanne) und eine für Wasser oder Saft. Der pool ist wunderbar kühl und eine herrliche Erfrischung am morgen oder warmen Nachmittag. Mikaela ist eine liebevolle Betreuerin des Hauses, die gleich reagiert hat, als kein Warmwasser kam.

Der vorherigen Bewertung kann ich mich nur anschließen. Bedarf für kleine Erneuerungen am Haus sind da, jedoch schränken sie nicht ein. Die Ansprechpartnerin ist sehr sympathisch und bei Bedarf konnte man sich immer bei ihr melden. Das Haus ist schön eingerichtet, mit allem was benötigt wird und war ausreichend für uns 7 junge Personen. Die Küche ist top ausgestattet und es fehlte an nichts. Die Lage ist sehr angenehm und innerhalb 20min Autofahrt können auch größere Supermärkte erreicht werden. Die Terrasse, der Garten und Pool sind ebenso optimal ausgestattet und sehr gepflegt und sauber. Sehr zu empfehlen.
