The fully renovated kitchen features granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, custom cabinetry, and is fully stocked for cooking, entertaining, or enjoying your morning coffee at the breakfast bar.
The open-concept living and dining area offers warm hardwood floors, comfortable seating, Smart TV, and plenty of natural light. Sliding doors lead to a private screened lanai overlooking beautifully maintained golf course views—the perfect spot to enjoy coffee at sunrise or a glass of wine after a day at the beach.
The spacious bedroom features a comfortable queen bed with premium linens, generous closet space, and a peaceful atmosphere for a restful night’s sleep. The updated bathroom includes a modern vanity, stylish fixtures, and a full tub/shower combination. A lot of social events during the season. NO PETS, no commercial cars, no motorhomes or RVs/ Campers allowed.
