The landscaped gardens extend over several levels of dry stone walls. The terraced fields, with views of the Apt valley and Mont-Ventoux, give both a feeling of protection and vastness.

In the heart of nature
The estate is bordered by a lush and generous forest, with various species.
Below the forest, a wide stream runs along the entire property. From the bastide, it is very refreshing to hear the water flowing. It is possible to swim there.
Numerous paths invite you to walk and explore the entire property.

Recharge your batteries in the shade of century-old trees
Thanks to the shade of the century-old trees, you will not suffer from the intense summer heat. You can read, write, play, enjoy your aperitif or your coffee in the different spaces designed for this under the majestic foliage. A 300 m2 terrace has been designed for all types of events: cocktails, weddings, birthday parties... Its fountain, its putti, its planters, its Anduze vases give it a discreet class. Its view of Apt and Mont-Ventoux will enchant you.

Bastide built in the pure Provençal spirit
In the shade of the immense century-old lime trees, oaks and pines, which provide welcome freshness and shelter for birds, the country house with its blue shutters literally blends into the natural setting. It gives pride of place to minerals: its stone walls and its round tile roof match in a chromatic range ranging from pastel pink to the golden ocher of the Luberon.

Living room and dining room
On the south side, the large living room bathed in light offers views through its large bay windows of the clearing, the forest and the upper field, which leads to the cave.
The exterior constitutes a green extension of the living room, like a painting. The light walls, the large traditional fireplace and the distinguished furniture give the main room a warm atmosphere.

Library
It offers a wide choice of art books, travel books, cooking books, novels, comic books... It is very intimate and you will enjoy tasting a good whiskey there, while reading, sitting comfortably in this quiet, conducive place. on second thought !

Kitchen
The very bright kitchen has a view of the large terrace. It communicates with the scullery, the living room and the outside. Equipment: dishwasher, 4-burner gas hob, food processors, small refrigerator, large fridge-freezer, oven, microwave, raclette set, wok, dishes, cake molds, scales, etc. Tableware for 12 people.

Entrance
The entrance room can be used as an office. The fiber internet connection, an office chair and a tablet will allow you to handle your business efficiently.
A PRM WC with grab bar and PRM sink on the arrival area, from where you can access without steps to the two doors opening onto the entrance and the kitchen. Between the entrance room and the living room no steps. From the kitchen to the living room two steps up, and three steps down to the red bedroom, at which level there is a bathroom with WC.

Red bedroom
Bridal! This spacious bedroom is a well of light. Its large French window opening onto the tree-lined terrace, typical of Provençal properties, lets in a burst of light which is reflected on its exposed stone walls painted white and its gold mirrors.
Next to this bedroom is its private bathroom (shower, sink and WC).
Bed: width 160 cm, length 200 cm.

Gold bedroom
After a living room with piano, desk and library, the bedroom can be discovered, like a protective refuge. Its windows overlook olive trees on one side and a fig tree and the clearing on the other. This bedroom shares its travertine bathroom (walk-in shower, sink and WC) with the pink bedroom.

Pink bedroom
Located on the first floor of the bastide, the very bright pink room enjoys a beautiful view of the terrace and the valley. There is a library with books for adults and children. This room shares its travertine bathroom (walk-in shower, sink and WC) with the gold bedroom.

Apartment
The common thread of this two-room apartment is the color ocher, which recalls the chromatic universe of the ocher massif of Roussillon, a neighboring village. The decoration is typical of old Provençal homes: terracotta tiles on the floor, exposed stones from local quarries, stone bar and old stone sink stack.
American kitchen and private bathroom (slip bathtub, sink and WC).
One bedroom has a bed 160 cm wide and 200 cm long, the other is equipped with a trundle bed (2 x 90 cm, length 190 cm).

A fitness trail with 15 stations has been set up on part of the 4 hectares of the Domaine de la Santonne. It involves running (or walking, whichever you prefer) for a good kilometer. Approximately every 50 to 100 m, the course is punctuated by a gymnastic exercise: push-ups, abs, slalom running, rings, etc.

Our property is located inside the Luberon regional natural park, which UNESCO has recognized as a “biosphere reserve” and a “geopark”. The authority that manages this park authorizes us to bear the “Values regional natural park” brand, in recognition of our action for the preservation and enhancement of landscapes, natural environments and biodiversity. We leave our forest as it is, so that it continues to be a refuge for wild animals: foxes, deer, badgers, wild boars, hedgehogs, birds... We give free rein to the Mauragne stream, so that there amphibians (protected species), fish and other wild water enthusiasts thrive.

Santonne Chapel
The former owner, Roger Petit placed this chapel on a spring to benefit from the benefits of telluric energies. Local artisans were invited to create this collective work, which pays homage to glass art, ceramics, mosaic, sculpture – an impressive olive wood statue culminates at more than 3 meters high –, giving an effect of depth to this avant-garde architecture.

Known throughout the world, this 20th century achievement is a true manifesto of sacred art. Admirably inserted into the wave-shaped landscape, this original building has a fish on its facade, symbol of Christ. As soon as you enter the door, the eye is surprised by Christ sculpted in olive wood, who extends his arms towards men, while on the back wall his sacred heart is inserted, like an invitation to self-giving. It is impossible to remain indifferent to the atmosphere of serenity that reigns in this place of contemplation. Of course, the chapel is not very large, but it is suitable for sacred ceremonies, baptisms and marriages. The acoustics are perfect.
