The vacation home in Forbach-Trabronn offers an idyllic getaway in the middle of the forest, situated in a clearing alongside a second house in a beautiful location in a forest clearing. With 280 m² of living space, it can accommodate up to 20 people.

The 4,000 m² fenced-in property allows you to enjoy nature to the fullest. The house captivates with its lively character. The Zillertal-style wall paneling, the fireplace in the living and dining room, and the partially exposed half-timbering lend the house a special charm and a warm atmosphere.

Despite its rustic charm, you won’t have to sacrifice modern comforts: The house has been completely renovated, insulated, tastefully furnished, and equipped with contemporary amenities.

A highlight is the new, spacious lounge, which can be used in a variety of ways.

It offers plenty of room for cozy get-togethers with family and friends, but is also suitable as a seminar room with a 65-inch internet-connected TV and a large table, as a game room with foosball and darts, or as a chill-out lounge. When the weather is nice, the large terrace with seating and lounge chairs invites you to
relax by the fish garden pond. On cooler or cloudy days, the log sauna provides soothing warmth after a hike.

For families with children, a 4-meter trampoline is available. Barbecue enthusiasts can try their hand at various grills in the covered barbecue area or enjoy a campfire.


Sleeping Areas and Bathing Areas:

Additional Sleeping Areas in the Sauna House: The sauna house features a large daybed that doubles as a sleeping couch, 2.8 meters wide, which can accommodate up to 4 people. The sauna house also houses the fourth bathroom area, featuring a steam shower, a toilet, and a sink. The rustic log sauna is designed to accommodate 6 to 8 people.


Bedroom in the main house: One of the bedrooms in the house is a large room with a total of 3 double beds and a 2-person sofa bed. A sleeping loft, accessible via a ladder, accommodates 2 small double beds (each 1.40 m wide). The main room features a double bed 1.80 m wide and a sofa bed for 2 people—ideal for large families.


Common areas:

New large lounge: This approximately 60 m² room offers plenty of space for cozy get-togethers. It can be used as a seminar room equipped with a 65"‑Internet‑TV and a large table, serving as a seminar room with space for everyone. Alternatively, it can be used as a game room with a foosball table and dartboard, or as a chill-out lounge with a stereo system. The room is also equipped with a large stainless-steel sink, a large beverage refrigerator, a large couch, and a wood-burning stove. The highlight—especially for large groups—is the commercial dishwasher, which washes and dries dishes in just a few minutes.
Minut security system:

For added security, we have installed the innovative Minut noise monitoring system. Privacy policies are strictly adhered to—no video or audio recordings are made. The system automatically and discreetly detects when noise levels are exceeded by measuring decibels (dB) to ensure a pleasant stay for all guests and neighbors.

In addition, the Minut security concept offers temperature monitoring, cigarette smoke detection, and burglary protection for your comfort and safety.

- We kindly ask that you refrain from hosting parties or events at the Forsthaus. Instead, we invite you to enjoy cozy evenings with your loved ones.
- Between 10:00 PM and 6:00 AM, we ask that you keep the noise down to preserve the peaceful atmosphere of the vacation home and ensure a restful night’s sleep for everyone, including our neighbors.
- Please keep noise levels to a minimum throughout the house after 10:00 PM to ensure peace and quiet outside as well.
- Setting off fireworks is not permitted to ensure the safety of all guests and animals in the neighborhood and to prevent potential fire hazards.
- We warmly welcome families, friends, and couples and look forward to hosting you at our forest lodge. Please understand that groups of “partygoers” (bachelor/bachelorette parties, drinking binges, loud parties with rowdy behavior), as well as teenagers, college students, and sports teams, are not permitted here.
- Please separate your trash to protect the environment and do our part to keep nature clean.
