The location is ideal for active and relaxing holidays, in a few minutes you can reach the nature park Ucka with many cycling and hiking trails, and the pearl of the Adriatic Opatija with beautiful promenades, popular cafes and restaurants. On a 600 sqm property there is a pool of 32 sqm, sun loungers, covered terrace with dining table, barbecue and parking for three cars.

Villa Slava has a living area of 224 sqm and is spread over two floors. On the ground floor there is an air-conditioned living area, dining room and fully equipped kitchen, a separate toilet in the hallway, a bedroom with private bathroom and access to the terrace. On the first floor are three bedrooms, each with air conditioning, en-suite bathrooms and access to the balcony. Please note this property does not accept youth groups or stag/hen parties. A youth group at this property is one comprised of individuals aged 26 or under. Do not book this property if you are a youth group or a stag/hen party, as your booking will be rejected post-booking, which may include on arrival at the property or during your stay and you will not be refunded.
