Beach front home in Pula

Villa Sunrise is a modern ground-floor holiday home in the small settlement Stinjan, near Pula and Fazana, only 1 km from well-kept beaches and long walks by the sea.

For all gourmets there are some excellent restaurants, wine and olive oil roads nearby. In the village itself there is a bakery, grocery store, pizzeria, tennis court and a café. This part of Istria is known for various events throughout the season.

The holiday house is located on partly fenced property of 300 sqm with an outdoor swimming pool of 32 sqm, covered terrace with table and chairs, outdoor kitchen, barbecue and two parking spaces.



Villa Sunrise has a living area of 78 sqm and with its nice decorated space it offers the guests a comfortable stay in the fully equipped kitchen, dining room and living room with access to the terrace and to the swimming pool, two comfortable bedrooms and two shower/toilets. The bedrooms have satellite TV and air conditioning. Please note this property does not accept youth groups or stag/hen parties. A youth group at this property is one comprised of individuals aged 26 or under. Do not book this property if you are a youth group or a stag/hen party, as your booking will be rejected post-booking, which may include on arrival at the property or during your stay and you will not be refunded.

Sehr nette und zuvorkommende Vermieter. Ein schönes, sauberes Haus das keine Wünsche offen lässt. Der Pool ist toll und sauber. Wer Fahrräder mitnehmen kann sollte das auch tun, denn in die Stadt oder zum nahegelegenem Strand ist es mit dem Rad bequemer als zu Fuß. Der Stand bzw. die Bucht am Campingplatz ist frei zugänglich und wunderschön zum Baden.

Sehr schönes Haus mit Pool und ruhiger Lage als Highlight. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Fußläufig ist ein kleiner Laden mit Bäcker. Pula ist in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen. Nur das W-LAN war ein bisschen langsam. Wir kommen bestimmt nochmal wieder.
