Situated in Las Norias - Los LLanos de Aridane, 285 meters above sea level.
On the property of 2500 m² there are two semi-detached, but completely independent bungalows. Both have the same equipment and 70 M2 each. Maximum occupancy per unit is 2 persons. They are located in a quiet area. They were built in 1999 and last renovated in 2020. Outside there is a salt water swimming pool and garden area with barbecue and parking.WIFI, weekly change of bed linen and towels are included in the price.

Both bungalows have the following layout and equipment: one bedroom with two single beds (0,90 m x 2,00 m), one bathroom with shower, hairdryer, washbasin and toilet. The kitchen-living room is equipped with fridge, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, TV with satellite connection, DVD player, radio, ironing board with iron and WIFI, beach towels are also provided.

Each bungalow has a partly covered terrace from which you can enjoy a fantastic view of the saltwater pool, the mountainous surroundings and the sea. There is also a barbecue area in the garden. A parking space on the property is also available.

The bungalows are in Las Norias , so it is 4.5 km to go shopping, for example, and 3.2 km to the sea and the nearest sandy beach. Public transport and a restaurant are approximately 1 km away. The airport is about 36 km away.
