This beautiful Villa Bay II is located in the enchanting Paltana Bay near Banjole. It offers the ideal holiday for friends and families close to the beach on the beautiful blue Adriatic. The nearest beach is just 100 m away and the sea is right in front of you. There are 4 very nice bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, the second floor bedrooms have their own terrace with wonderful sea views. There are a total of 6 bathrooms in the villa. The villa is equipped for up to 9 people. The cozy living room and a fully equipped kitchen with dining area are available on the first floor. Imagine a stunning ocean view hot tub on a kitchen terrace, creating a unique and luxurious experience that beautifully combines relaxation and culinary delights. Outdoors, you can enjoy the Istrian sun at the private pool while enjoying the incredible views of the blue sea. The pool can be heated upon request and for a fee. There is also a trampoline in the garden for activities. In the covered ground floor kitchen next to the pool with dining table and grill, family and friends can meet for summer evenings by the pool and enjoy local specialties freshly prepared on the barbecue grill. The villa is air-conditioned, has WiFi and offers everything for an unforgettable holiday. There are two villas that are next to each other, they differ in that one villa allows pets and the other does not. Villa Bay II is the left house. Otherwise the two villas are identical. There are a variety of summer and water sports activities in the area, such as windsurfing, diving and sailing, as well as horse riding and hunting. For an even greater choice of leisure activities and tourist amenities, the magnificent architectural sights of Pula are just a few minutes' drive away. The old town of Pomer is also just a stone's throw away.
