Schlechte Ausstattung: keine Haken im Bad und für die Garderobe, defekte Lampen, Fenster und teilweise Türen, fehlende Schüsseln und Teekanne in der Küche, Eingangsbereich ungeordnet, Handtücher und Bettwäsche mit unangenehmem Geruch.Das einzig positive ist die zentrale Lage!Angebotener Stellplatz ist fahrtechnisch anspruchsvoll- Empfehlung: parkplätze im Ort mit drei Euro Tagesgebühr.

Niet zoals gehoopt

Helaas was deze woning niet zoals het op de foto´s doet vermoeden, Het mag dan wel een woning uit 1700 betreffen maar dat wil niet zeggen dat alles schots en scheef moet zijn en de deuren niet sluiten. Het is een erg klein huisje die met infra rood panelen verwarmd word, je moet alleen zelf uitzoeken hoe de dingen werken. Verder was er ook niets aan verduistering voor de ramen en lag er veel rommel rondom de woning en parkeerplek van de woning. Ook de tuin had weinig onderhoud gehad. Jammer, echt een gemiste kans. Met een klein beetje werk kan het een leuke woning zijn.

Wohnung liegt im Hinterhaus im 1. Stock unterm Dach. Sehr enge steile Treppe führt hinauf. Für ältere Menschen schwierig.Wohnung ist geraümig und in Ordnung. Im Schafzimmer Fenster nur zu öffnen, wenn man aufs Bett klettert.Fenstrerrahmen verfaulen.. Garten und Zufahrt zum Hinterhaus voller Gerümpel.

Die Lage ist gut, aber die Wohnung ist nicht zu empfehlen. Die Türen quietschen. In der Küche hatten wir Ameisen. Das Geschirr war zum Teil nicht sauber und fettig. Desgleichen die Mikrowelle und das Schneidebrett auf der Arbeitsplatte. Das Wasser in der Dusche wurde bestenfalls lauwarm. Ein Informationsblatt mit Basisinformationen wie WLAN-Code, Standort der Mülleimer, Mülltrennung, Bedienung der Infrarotheizungen war nicht vorhanden und musste erfragt werden, weil der Vermieter auch nicht die Wohnung gezeigt hat. Keines der Fenster hat eine Verdunkelungsvorrichtung (Gardine, Jalousie, Rollladen)
