Der Gesamteindruck ist durchaus positiv. Die Lage ist gut, da nur ein kurzer Weg zum Hafen und zur City. Die einzigen Kritikpunkte waren die etwas enge Dusche, die schlecht ablief und der fehlende Backofen.
