Sehr schöne Lage am Watt am Ende von Keitum. Die Wohnung ist gemütlich eingerichtet, würde ich aber vorzugsweise für junge Leute empfehlen, da Treppe nach oben sehr steil und das Badezimmer Flexibilität bedarf.

Top Lage, schönes Friesengasse aber im Detail gibt es deutliche Mängel, wenn wir den Mietpreis in Betracht ziehen. Im Bad (unter dem Waschbecken) sehr staubig, Fliesen gebrochen, Kaffeemaschine oberflächlich gereinigt, Modergeruch (mussten auch nicht getragene Kleidung waschen) …. Aufgrund der Nutzung hohe Beanspruchung der Einheit, letzte Modernisierung liegt scheinbar lange zurück. Preis:Leistung passt nicht!

Sehr hübsche, kuschelige, modern und hochwertig eingerichtete Wohnung mit neuer umfangreicher Küchenausstattung. Die Wohnung ist weniger geeignet für Personen, die Schwierigkeiten beim engen Treppenaufgang und im kleinen Bad haben könnten. Die Lage nahe des Watts und des Wattweges empfanden wir als besonders schön.
