This architect-designed house is located in a quiet yet central area and is very well soundproofed.
A special feature is the whirlpool with powerful water massage jets set inside a 1950s sailboat. (High-quality bath salts from Tetesept and sea salt included)

A swing spanning two floors (upper floor/top floor) can bring back childhood memories ;)

The master bathroom (first floor) features a spacious shower, a separate toilet, and a beautiful sink.
The second bathroom (first floor) features a walk-in shower, toilet, and urinal. There is a parking space for a car in front of the garden door in the courtyard.

The FantasyHouse is comfortably tempered in both summer and winter thanks to good insulation and wall heating that can also be switched to cooling mode.
