It is surrounded by forest and greenery and is close to the sea, which is only 5 minutes away by car. Villa Lulu is only 3 km away from the beautiful sandy beach Risika. Restaurants and supermarkets are only a few kilometres from the villa. Near the villa there is healing mud in iii and vineyards near Vrbnik. The area is known for its cycle paths.
