A special feature of the first floor is the direct access from all rooms to the covered outdoor terrace, the perfect place for morning coffee. On the upper floor, with far-reaching views of the greenery, there are two further spacious bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms.

To ensure additional privacy, the villa is fully fenced and has a spacious lawn area ideal for children's games.
