This large villa is located in the small holiday resort of Vinkuran, not far from the sea.



Villa Fani consists of three flats that are rented together. One is on the ground floor, the other two on the first floor. Each flat has its own entrance. Villa Fani has a total of seven bedrooms and four bathrooms.

The flat on the ground floor has two bedrooms (one with a double bed and one with two single beds), a bathroom, a dining area for up to six people and a fully equipped kitchen.

A flat on the first floor also offers two bedrooms (one with a double bed and one with two single beds) and a bathroom. Here you will also find a kitchenette, a dining area for four people and a balcony with a table and chairs for four people.

The second flat on the first floor has three bedrooms (two double beds and one bunk bed). It also has a kitchenette, a dining area for four people and a balcony with a table and chairs for four people.

The villa is equipped with air conditioning, Wi-Fi internet access and parking for 4 cars.

You can enjoy your holiday, relax and have fun with family or friends by the pool, which is equipped with 6 sun loungers and a parasol. The villa is completely fenced so that your children can move freely.

There is also a pedal boat available on the beach.

This large villa is located in a small holiday village by the sea in Vinkuran.

Pula, the largest city in Istria, only 5 km from the villa, is known worldwide for its breathtaking Colosseum, an ancient amphitheatre built in the 1st century and ruled by the Roman Emperor Vespansian. The unspoilt nature of the Premantura Cape Kamenjak Nature Park is also nearby (9.5 km long, 1.5 km wide, with a total of 30 km of indented coastline). Besides cultural and historical beauties, Istria offers unique gastro experience, which is well known in this part of Europe. Homemade Istrian prosciutto (prut), wine, Istrian pasta (fuzi) are just some of the many delicious gastronomic pleasures. Istrian peninsula is home to one of the most beautiful national parks in this part of Europe - Brijuni.

Wir waren mit 6 Erwachsenen und 4 Kindern für 8 Tage in der Villa Fani und waren rundum sehr zufrieden. Das Haus, der Pool, der Garten und die Spielgelegenheiten für Kinder waren super. Highlight ist das top ausgestattete Gartenhäuschen. Hier haben wir täglich gefrühstückt und unsere Mahlzeiten zubereitet. Für die Kids gab es viel zu entdecken und wir haben die Nähe zum lokalen Strand, nach Pula oder dem Kap Kameniak sehr genossen. Alles top! Wir können die Villa Fani gerne weiterempfehlen.

Das Haus verfügt über drei Wohnungen, die gut ausgestattet sind.

Das Haus verfügt über drei Wohnungen, die gut ausgestattet sind. Die Betten (Matratzen) sind neu, die Küchen sind sehr gut ausgestattet und jede Wohnung verfügt über mindestens eine Klimaanlage. Bäder, Balkone, Terassen (teilweise mit Schatten, was sehr vorteilhaft ist) sind mehr als ausreichend vorhanden. Alles ist sehr sauber und gepflegt; inklusive des Gartens, der super ist! Ein Highlight sind der Pool mit ca. 8 Meter Länge und die überdachte Aussenküche mit einem zusätzlichen Grill. Auch hier fehlt es an "nichts". Liegen, etc. sind ausreichend vorhanden. Die gesamte Anlage wirkt TOP gepflegt! Das Haus liegt ruhig am Ende einer Straße. Zum Strand sind es vielleicht 1200 Meter. Dieser befindet sich in einer Bucht. Dort gibt es eine kleine Strandbar, so dass man gut versorgt ist. Bemerkenswert sind die Eigentümer!!! Der Kontakt war immer einwandfrei und zu jeder Frage gab es sofort Hilfestellungen, Empfehlungen und Hinweise. Eine Kommunikation auf deutsch, englisch, kroatisch und italienisch ist problemlos möglich. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und zuvorkommend und investieren viel Zeit und Pflege in die Immobilie. Dafür nochmals eine herzliches Dankeschön! Es lohnt sich, die Gegend zu erkunden. Die Stadt Pula hat schöne Ortsteile und perfekte Einkaufsmöglichkeiten für den täglichen Bedarf. Die Stadt Rovinj sollte unbedingt besichtigt werden. Die Altstadt und die Gastronomie sind beeinddruckend. Der Ort Medulin ist gut für Jugendliche geeignet. Ein Ausflug lohnt sich. Für die nähere Umgebung erhält man wertvolle Tipps durch die Vermieter zu Ausflugsmöglichkeiten, Stränden und Gastronomie. Insgesamt war es für uns (zwei Familien / 11 Personen) ein top Urlaub mit einer tollen Betreuung Vorort. Vielen Dank!
