Very beautiful apartment block, 4 storeys, detached. 20 km from the centre of Husum, 29 km from the centre of Bredstedt, 64 km from the centre of Sankt Peter-Ording, in a quiet, sunny position, on the lake, in the countryside. For shared use: planted inner courtyard. In the house: storage room for bicycles. Shop 4 km, restaurant 200 m, bakery 100 m, bus stop 300 m, ferry 2.3 km, sandy beach 200 m, lake Forellensee. Golf course (18 hole) 25 km.

Exit to the balcony. 1 room with 1 double bed (1 x 160 cm, length 200 cm). Open kitchen (4 hot plates, oven, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, freezer, electric coffee machine) with dining table. Shower/WC. Underfloor heating. Balcony furniture. Beautiful view of the lake. Facilities: washing machine, dryer, iron, mosquito net, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi). Parking.
