The holiday flat is located in an apartment building and is furnished in a rustic, typical regional style and in a functional manner. The property is situated in a residence on the outskirts of the town. The domicile is also popular because of the view from the property of the lake and its sunny waterfront location. The following are available for use: parasol, sun lounger, children's playground, barbecue facilities, terrace and garden furniture. There is a playground on the lawn for the little ones and a lovely garden with a built-in brick barbecue. A highchair and cot are available as a set for a fee of €6.00 per day, which can be added upon request.

Toscolano Maderno. The holiday apartement is located in a residence. The apartments, each with its own characteristics, have been furnished with great care to highlight the essence of arte povera and preserve the charm of the past, but without giving up modern comforts and services. The historic residence, resulting from the restoration of a 16th century building, is located at the foot of Mount Pizzoccolo, at the end of the historic center of Toscolano, not far from the lake and the beach. Parking (for 1 car) is available on the property.

The residence has 2 swimming pools, one for adults with a counter-current system and one for children with a waterfall. Sun loungers and parasols are available to guests. The pool opening hours depend on the local weather conditions.
