The living room, dining room and an open, spacious kitchen are connected and form the center of the apartment. Relax on a spacious sofa and enjoy films and series or just grab your favorite book. The dining table, equipped with 6 comfortable chairs, invites you to eat together or play a game in the evening. The well equiped kitchen has everything you need to prepare creative delicacies together.

In the master bedroom (bathroom en suite) you sleep on a 180 cm wide bed, equipped with high-quality cold foam mattresses and toppers. In addition to a spacious wardrobe, there is a small bench that is suitable for getting dressed. The bathroom has a bathtub, which is also ideal for showering, a sink and a toilet.

The bed in the second bedroom is 160 cm wide and has the same mattresses including topper.

The other bathroom has a walk-in shower, sink and toilet.

In the apartment you will find a folding desk, a computer screen with a keyboard and mouse so that you can work perfectly if necessary.

The apartment was completely renovated in 2023 and refurnished with love and effort.

The apartment is ideal for 4 people as each bedroom has its own bathroom. Families can also spend wonderful holidays here with unique proximity to the beach.
