Ein sehr schönes ruhig gelegenes Haus für einen entspannten Urlaub. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Es war alles so wie wir es gewünscht haben.

Ordentliches Haus mit Wallbox

Wir kommen seit 10 Jahren jährlich wieder nach Otterndorf, immer ein anderes Haus. Wie alle Holzhäuser hier, sind die Zimmer hellhörig. Dieses Haus ist ordentlich ausgestattet (wie in der Hausbeschreibung angegeben) und wirkt gepflegt. Pluspunkt ist die Wallbox am Haus, ohne Zusatzkosten. Davon gibt es im Feriengebiet leider noch zu wenige. Lage zum Krämerhus (Brötchenverkauf) und zum Deich ist etwas weiter weg. Man hat einen tollen Seeblick. Vor der Terrasse führt ein Weg entlang, jetzt im Herbst kamen wenig Personen vorbei. Es gibt keine Schaukel für Kinder und auch keine Spielzeuge. Ein paar Bücher stehen im Schrank. Die Terrasse konnten wir mit Sturm und Regen leider nicht nutzen, wirkt aber einladend.

Sehr schön, das Wetter hat gut gepasst, die Ausstattung war gut. Ich habe nur einen kleinen Minuspunkt, im Bad/WC gab es keinen Mülleimer.Den haben wir dann besorgen müssen.Die Kommunikation mit der Ferienhaus Vermietung Rose war sehr gut.

Wieder erholsamer Sommerurlaub 2025

Gepflegtes Haus. Schöne Lage am See, nur durch den nicht störenden öffentlichen Fußweg unterbrochen. Durch die Südausrichtung und hohen Fenster kann es ab und an sehr warm im Haus werden. Gute, zweckmäßige Ausstattung. Die hohe Funkenschutzplatte des Kaminofens kann beim Laufen stören. Gute Abwicklung und Betreuung durch die Firma Rose! Komme gerne wieder :-)
