Vacation rental in a solid-construction building with clinker brick exterior walls. There are two steps at the entrance. The interior walls are wallpapered; the bathroom and utility room are tiled. The vacation rental can be rented with one bedroom featuring a double bed. For groups of three or more guests, a second bedroom with two single beds is available.

Due to the structural layout of the vacation rental in the entryway, shower, and restroom, unfortunately, it is not possible to accommodate guests requiring nursing care!

Small vacation apartment (approx. 38 sqm) on the first floor of a single-family home with a separate entrance. There are two steps at the entrance.
Amenities: Satellite TV and radio. Bedroom with a double bed (1.80 x 2.00 m), living and dining area, kitchenette, bathroom with shower and toilet. An additional toilet is located in the utility room.
Upon request, a second bedroom (approx. 12 square meters) with two single beds (each 0.90 x 2.00 m) can be booked as an add-on. A fee of €20.00 per day must then be paid in cash to the landlord!

Non-smoking apartment! A covered smoking area is available at the entrance.
Pets are not allowed!

Outside, you’ll find a seating area surrounded by greenery with a grill and smoker, a laundry area, a fenced-in parking lot on the property, and a bike rack.



Check-in is from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM, and check-out is from 7:00 AM to 10:00 AM.
