About this property

Brook Side Cabin

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. Here is a cozy up-north getaway just 5 minutes from downtown Crosslake, 10 minutes to Breezy Point, and 15 minutes from the Cuyuna bike trails. Our home features a lofted bedroom with two full sized beds, and a bunk bed on the main level. The cabin is located just off of Co. Rd. 3 for easy access into town and the wooded tree line masks some of the road noise. Enjoy bonfires down the hill by the river in the evenings and drinks on the deck, or head to one of the many restaurants in the area!
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

Strip any used beds and gather used towels

Remove personal items and take out the trash

Turn off the lights and lock the doors

Please take the trash to the road if checking out on Sundays or Mondays. Our trash is normally picked up on Mondays between 8am-12pm.

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Please do not flush anything other that toilet paper (including "flushable" products such as wipes) down the toilet. It can ruin the septic sytem!
