The vacation home "Ático Margarita" is located in Las Palmas de Gran Canaria just a short walk from the beach. The 90 m² property consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms as well as an additional toilet and can therefore accommodate 6 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls) with a dedicated workspace for home office, a TV, a washing machine as well as a dryer. 2 baby cots and a high chair are also available.

The accommodation features 2 private open terraces and a barbecue.

The property is situated just a 5-minute walk from Las Canteras Beach and the Puerto Market. In addition, a playground, several restaurants, pharmacies and bus stops are located nearby.

Free parking is available on the street.

Die Wohnung ist gut eingerichtet und verfügt über eine schöne Terrasse. Zum Strand sind es 6 Minuten zu Fuss, es gibt viele Restaurants in der Umgebung und viele kleine Läden, aber auch grössere Supermärkte. Mir gefällt, dass es sich um ein altes gewachsenes Wohnviertel handelt und nicht um eine am Reissbrett entworfene Bettenburg.

Appartamento vicino alla spiaggia, complicato mangiare in 4 o 6 in caso di maltempo.

Pensavo fosse un po' diversa (l' isola) nel contesto buone strade facilmente percorribili per tutta l' isola.
