Haus Maria is located on a quiet side street in Schönau am Königssee and boasts a central location right in the heart of town. Within a few minutes’ walk, you’ll find a supermarket, a pharmacy, a bakery, and a butcher shop, as well as the town centre with a bank and a small spa garden. Numerous restaurants and inns are also in the immediate vicinity and are easily accessible on foot.<br><br> Many hiking and walking trails start right from our house. The bus stop on the high street is only about a minute away and offers ideal access for excursions throughout the region. The view of the surrounding mountains is breathtaking and puts you in a holiday mood from the very first moment.<br><br> The lovingly furnished Romy and Magda holiday apartments offer you a cosy home away from home. For a relaxed start to the day, you can order fresh rolls for the apartments, which are delivered daily.<br><br> Free parking is available right in front of the house for each holiday apartment. From here, you can step out onto the covered balcony, which offers a fantastic view of our local mountain, the Grünstein. From the queen-size bed, you’ll have the best view of the stars through the skylight. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, glass-ceramic cooktop, refrigerator, coffee maker, electric kettle, and all necessary kitchen utensils.<br> Schönau am Königssee is located in the heart of the Berchtesgadener Land region and right next to the Berchtesgaden National Park. Its unique setting among majestic mountains, green meadows, and clear mountain lakes makes the town an ideal destination for nature lovers and those seeking relaxation.<br><br> The world-famous Königssee, with its emerald-green waters and the St. Bartholomä pilgrimage church, is just a few minutes away and ranks among Germany’s most beautiful natural attractions.
