This 2-bedroom apartment is located in the upper area of the Son Bou urbanization, offering beautiful views of the sea and countryside. You will enjoy a very peaceful and family-friendly atmosphere. The property features a spacious communal pool, rarely crowded, within a community of only 20 apartments. The apartment is fully equipped with air conditioning, Wi-Fi, Smart TV, dishwasher, refrigerator, charcoal barbecue, coffee makers, microwave oven, washing machine, soap and shower gel, first aid kit, bed linen and towels, as well as a beach kit (mats, umbrella, snorkeling goggles, beach chair, and portable cooler). Access to the beach is simple, just 4 or 5 minutes by car through the urbanization to the beach parking area. Check-in is from 1:00 pm and check-out at 10:00 am, with flexible times depending on availability.
