The apartment has been recently renovated and offers several highlights: All the furniture is new, including a cosy king-size bed, a workspace, a couch, Netflix, etc., 1000 Mbit/s Wi-Fi, air conditioning, electric blinds, a large bathroom with an XXL shower and rain showerhead, a coffee maker, and much more!

The apartment is located not far from the city centre, the main train station, the ZKM, and the zoo. All destinations are within walking distance or accessible by tram or bus. Train stations are within walking distance.
The accommodation
The bedroom/living area has some highlights in store! An XXL box-spring bed (1.80m) – a new, stylish sofa bed – air conditioning – a desk – a Smart TV (Amazon, Netflix, and much more). The apartment also features high-speed internet with a download speed of 1000 Mbit/s.

The bathroom features an XXL rain shower – a built-in radio – an LED touch mirror – an extra-tall faucet – and shower gel.

The hallway has a mirror, a shoe rack, and a clothes rack.

The kitchen features a nice dining table with chairs, a large refrigerator and freezer, and a coffee maker. There’s also a microwave, a kettle, and everything you need to whip up a quick snack.

Guest Access
There’s a key box near the house. You’ll receive the combination when you book.

Additional important information
In the kitchen, you’ll find some treats you can buy during your stay, such as drinks and ready-to-eat meals. There’s also a small fruit basket waiting for our guests!
The highlight is a selection of wines from our favourite winery in the Palatinate!
