We came down during tropical storm Bertha so we spent a lot of time at the Aspen beach house. The pool was perfect for all the days we could not go to the beach and the location could not have been more perfect. 6 min walk to the beach and a 5 min walk to a convenience store! We loved the location of this property and Grayton Beach!!! The only complaints we had were the master bedroom bed ( mattress ) was horrible. It definitely needs to be replace. Also the bedroom with the bunk beds gets very hot. We had to place a fan in there for our kids for it to be bareable. The pool was small but good to have but does need a lot of attention as far as maintenance.

Everything about Aspen house was amazing! Clean upon arrival and stocked and ready to go with bath towels, kitchen supplies and starters of everything else. The pool was wonderful and the layout of the house worked perfectly for us. Plenty of room! Can’t beat the location either. Management was so prompt with anything we needed. We had a Grayt stay and will be back!!

We enjoyed staying at this house because of its close proximity to the beach, restaurants, and shopping. Some of our relatives stayed in the house next door, which made it even more fun!

Perfect house in perfect location!

We stayed at Grayton House over Speing Break in April and loved every minute of it. With 4 adults and 4 kids we had more than enough room. The pool was a great addition except it wasn’t heated when we arrived as promised but that was quickly remedied. The location is great as well since we were so close to many restaurants, shops and the beach. You could walk everywhere but we rented bikes with the credit we received in addition to a golf cart. The house does have a ton of stairs though so that could be difficult for some guests. Highly recommend this house and we hope to come back!

Enjoying Grayton Beach

We really enjoyed this property. The location was absolutely wonderful. The house itself was very clean and very comfortable. The upstairs layout was great... I cooked a lot and everyone was able to sit around me and visit as I cooked. The house was well stocked with pots and pans, plates, glasses, etc but that was about it. If you are planning on cooking you need to buy EVERYTHING... saran wrap, foil, all spices, paper towels, dishwasher detergent... there are scant extras. That also goes for laundry detergent, toilet paper, beach towels, either none of the basics are provided or a very limited amount. The pool was wonderful but even being heated it was still too chilly to use most of the day but it was really fun to take a dip when the sun was hitting the pool directly. The beds were very comfortable and the decks were absolutely fantastic. It was hard to decide where to sit and have our morning coffee or an evening glass of wine. There are plenty of bathrooms that were clean with plenty of towels. I would definitely rent this property again. We truly enjoyed our time ... cozy, relaxing, and within waking distance of a lot of fun restaurants and bars!!!

We do, however, want to address a couple of your comments for future guests who may be reading this review. As far as the amenities provided, we send two pre-arrival emails to our guests that list the starter amenities we provide in the house, and also give you suggestions in one of those emails of what you will need to either bring or purchase for your stay. We do not provide Saran Wrap, aluminum foil, nor spices in any of our homes. We also do not stock amenities for the entire length of guest stays; however, we do provide starter amenities that includes paper towels, toilet tissue, dishwasher detergent, and laundry detergent - this is quite normal in our area. As well, we do note in our check-in instructions that the home is not stocked with beach towels. We do hope you come back and visit with us again in the future - and please remember, if you ever have questions about what is stocked in the home, don't hesitate to give us call; we are always happy to assist...Grayt 30A Vacations
