Step into your cosy bedroom with a 180x200 cm box-spring bed, gentle indirect lighting, a workspace, and a second TV – perfect for relaxing.



Our bright, fully equipped kitchen offers everything you need for a great start to the day: a capsule machine, coffee maker, tea, coffee, standard spices, as well as a starter kit with washing-up liquid, sponges, dish towel, and dishwasher tabs – so you feel at home.



The modern living-dining room invites you to relax with a sofa bed for one person, free Wi-Fi, and TV. In the bathroom, you will find a rain shower and toiletries such as shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, cosmetic tissues, and cotton pads.



Roller blinds in all rooms ensure peace and privacy. Freshly made beds, hand towels, and bath towels are provided. In the garden, you will find your private seating area with awning and sun loungers; smoking is permitted there. Bicycles can be stored in the courtyard. Free parking is available directly on the street.



A special highlight: there is a beauty institute in the house – guests receive a discount on treatments (more information on site).



A bakery is just around the corner and open in the mornings, except Mondays.



The impressive Schloss Johannisberg is only 3 minutes away. After a 5-minute walk, you reach Burg Schwarzenstein.
