On the water to the Olympic Games

This houseboat in the middle of nature, just a stone's throw from Paris, is waiting to be discovered. The boat is located on a non-navigable arm, surrounded by nature, with the skyscrapers of La Défense in the distance, a 10-minute walk from the metro line 1, which crosses the whole of Paris. You benefit from three private terraces to enjoy the outdoor space of your accommodation: covered terrace extending from the living/living room, west-facing balcony and roof terrace with pergola.

The accommodation
A large living room with open-plan kitchen, with a sofa that serves as an extra bed (1 x 2 m). Please note that it is not possible to darken the living room for the sleeping function. You will therefore be woken by daylight.
1 room with open shower room and a separate toilet.

Access for guests
The houseboat is like a small floating building, equipped with your flat with the private terraces described above as well as a corridor leading to the lower floor, where there are 4 further studios and a gym as well as two washrooms. Your rooms are completely private. All boat occupants use the gangway and the shared boat entrance door. Then on the right hand side you have the entrance door to your upper part with access to the three terraces. Tenants benefit from access to the riverside terrace. In their flat, one room (the office) remains closed off and private. They enjoy the large eat-in kitchen, the bedroom with integrated shower room and separate WC, and the three terraces. The living room is very bright thanks to the many windows. In summer, when it gets hot, the flat can be cooled down by 10°, which is very pleasant when the temperature rises. We normally live in this living area ourselves and only make it available for short periods.

Other important notes
This place is a haven of peace full of good humour, inspired by the proximity to nature and the beauty of the place. All in the immediate vicinity of Paris. All residents are part of this logic and behave peacefully and respectfully.
