Ferienhaus Lubmin (Seebad)

Only approx. 150 m from the beach, in a quiet location on the edge of the village, directly in the forest, is the holiday home with separate access on the owner's approx. 670 m² residential property. There is a restaurant and a dog beach nearby, the village centre with shopping facilities and other restaurants is approx. 1,200 m away.



The approx. 40 m², centrally heated, non-smoking holiday home for up to 4 people is equipped with insect protection and has a living room (upholstered furniture, flat-screen TV, passage to the bedroom), a bedroom (one double bed, one bunk bed), a separate kitchen (dining table, electric cooker with oven, fridge, microwave, various small kitchen appliances), a bathroom (shower, WC) and a small hallway. There is also a car park, a seating area in front of the house, barbecue, free Wi-Fi and 2 bicycles for hire.



The total price includes final cleaning, water and energy costs as well as bed linen. Please bring your own towels.

A small dog up to a height of 40 cm is allowed in this property.



Lubmin is a seaside resort on the Greifswalder Bodden in a beautiful forest landscape. The Hanseatic town of Greifswald is approx. 20 km away. The island of Usedom can be reached in approx. 30 km. The village has a pier with jetty, wide sandy beach (also nudist and dog beach), bicycle and pedal boat hire, shopping facilities, numerous restaurants and a sports and leisure centre (bowling, fitness, wellness). Pony rides and horse-drawn carriage rides are possible.
