The guest house is situated in a quiet location on the outskirts of the Altenberg district of Bärenstein on a partially fenced plot of approx. 3500 square metres directly on the Müglitz. There is a restaurant in the neighbouring villages and a shop 1 km away in the village centre. The house also has a lounge with a fireplace for parties of up to 28 people. Smoking is not permitted in the flats. Available for all apartments: WLAN (for a fee; EUR 1/day), high chair (only on request), cot (only on request), bicycle storage, sunbathing lawn on the property, barbecue area, sun loungers, car park. Included in the total price are: Bed linen, towels, water and energy consumption, final cleaning. To be paid on site: Tourist tax. The house rules must be observed.



The apartment is equipped with a living room with upholstered furniture (sofa bed) and armchair, flat screen TV, radio with CD player, a separate mini-kitchen with electric hob, fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher, various small kitchen appliances and dining area as well as a bedroom with double bed, a bathroom with toilet, shower and hairdryer. The apartment has central heating.

Bärenstein is a small town in the Eastern Ore Mountains and a district of the town of Altenberg. Bärenstein is located in the Müglitz Valley, a region rich in castles with many sights and leisure activities near the Czech border and is worth a visit at any time of year. In addition to visiting the many castles and palaces in the region, a visit to one of the many museums in the area, a ride on the summer toboggan run in Altenberg or a trip to the Osterzgebirge wildlife park are also worthwhile. Another excursion tip is a ride on the Müglitz Valley Railway, which also stops in Bärenstein. In summer, the densely wooded region in the Ore Mountains is an ideal area for cycling and hiking tours, and in winter the area is also a popular winter sports destination. Skiers and winter sports enthusiasts can enjoy over 70 kilometres of groomed ski slopes in nearby Altenberg (approx. 9 km away). Lifts are also available and a visit to the famous toboggan run is also worthwhile. There is a small shopping centre in Bärenstein. Larger supermarkets, other catering establishments as well as a swimming pool and an adventure pool can be found in the neighbouring villages (approx. 8 km away). The motorway junction is around 10 kilometres away. The capital city of Dresden with its many sights, restaurants and tourist attractions is around 40 km away.
