The approx. 57 sqm holiday apartment is located separately on the ground floor of a holiday home on a 400 sqm plot for exclusive use in the village. The apartment has a combined living/dining room (upholstered seating area, dining table, flat screen TV, radio/CD w. Bluetooth, holiday library, wood-burning stove), a bedroom (double bed), a separate kitchen (electric cooker with oven, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, microwave, mini oven) and a bathroom with WC, shower and central heating. A travel cot and high chair can be provided for infants up to 4 years of age. There is a furnished terrace with a beach chair, barbecue, sun lounger, bicycle shed and a car park. The total price includes bed linen, towels, water and energy consumption and final cleaning.
Warthe is a small fishing village on the Lieper Winkel, a dreamy peninsula between the Peenestrom and the Achterwasser. A bathing possibility at the Achterwasser is approx. 600 m away from the property, to the Baltic Sea resorts it is approx. 30 km. Restaurant in the village.
