The holiday home stands separately on the owner's 1000 square metre residential property, approx. 10 minutes' walk from the Müritz beach. It is equipped with: Living room (upholstered furniture, TV, radio/CD, dining table), 2 bedrooms via stairs (each with double bed, 1 guest bed), kitchen (electric cooker with oven, fridge with freezer compartment, microwave, dining table, various kitchen utensils), shower/WC, central heating. At your disposal: covered terrace with garden furniture, bicycle storage, bicycles for hire (2 ladies' bikes & 2 men's bikes for 8 EUR per bike/day), car park and free W-LAN connection. The total price includes final cleaning, water, energy, bed linen and towels. Waren is subject to tourist tax. Pets are not allowed in this accommodation.



The state-recognised spa town of Waren is located directly on the Müritz in charming surroundings. It is also the tourist centre of the Mecklenburg Lake District. Attractions include the historic old town, the harbour with passenger shipping, adjacent promenade and numerous catering facilities as well as the Müritzeum, a nature discovery centre with a huge freshwater aquarium and exhibitions on the special features of the Mecklenburg Lake District. The town also has open-air swimming pools, boat and bike hire, a surfing and sailing school and many shopping facilities. Waren is the gateway to the Müritz National Park, which can be easily explored via the well-developed network of cycle paths. Motorway access approx. 25 km.
