Awesome apartment in Userin with WiFi

Two holiday apartments for up to 4 people each with a separate entrance and lake view are located directly on Lake Userin on the owner's fenced residential property of approx. 2,700 m² in an outbuilding on the ground floor and upper floor. The bathing area is approx. 100 metres away.



All guests have access to parking spaces, bicycle storage facilities, a terrace or outdoor seating area, barbecue, a small playground (swing), cot, high chair, Wi-Fi and a rowing boat for hire (for a fee).



The total price includes final cleaning, water and energy costs as well as towels. Bed linen can be brought along or rented for a fee. To be paid on site, if desired: rowing boat 15 EUR/day. Pets are not allowed in this property.

This holiday apartment on the ground floor has a living room (upholstered furniture, sofa bed, dining table, flat screen TV, radio, internet connection, access to the terrace with lake view), a separate kitchen (electric cooker with oven, refrigerator, various small kitchen appliances), two bedrooms (1 x double bed - 1.40 m wide, 1 x sofa bed), a bathroom (shower, toilet, hairdryer), a spacious hallway and insect screens on the windows.

Userin is a village on the lake of the same name between the small towns of Neustrelitz and Wesenberg (7 km each). Lake Userin is located in the Müritz National Park and is part of the popular "Upper Havel Waterway". There are shops and a restaurant in the village.
