The owner, Peter Werner Theisen, lives with his
son Matthias in this wonderful building, situated in a quiet location amidst the natural beauty of Auderath.
The building’s floor plan and its charm are reminiscent of a finca. And that is how the name “Finca de vida y luz”—Finca of Life and Light—came to be.

You’ll immediately sense the wonderful energy this place radiates and immerse yourself in the tranquility, inner contentment, and balance.

The finca has been completely renovated with great attention to detail and lovingly furnished with everything needed to make your stay an unforgettable experience. Only high-quality furnishings and amenities were used.

Many little highlights await you —for example, you can enjoy the most important nutrient for a healthy body straight from the faucet, because the home’s water system is equipped with the best the world currently has to offer (Visiona water!).

The vacation rental is suitable for 3–4 guests (1 double bed, 1 single bed that pulls out to form a double bed). In addition, there is a room with a desk and a sofa bed, making it ideal as a sleeping area or for guests who wish to work during their stay.

Your host is known for his friendliness, honesty, and love for people and nature. After many years as an administrative director for a local government, he now works as a mindfulness coach and spiritual healer.

The lovingly renovated, furnished, and equipped vacation home features
- on the first floor: a living/dining area, a bathroom, a kitchen, and an utility room (laundry, drying, and storage), as well as
- on the upper floor, a lounge area for relaxing, a double bedroom, a single bedroom (with a pull-out bed that converts to a double), and a room for working (desk) or a sofa bed for overnight guests



Check-in is from 2:00 to 00:00, and check-out is from 00:00 to 11:00.
