The house features high-speed Wi-Fi with a dedicated workspace, washing machine, and, upon request, a baby bed and high chair. Air conditioning is not available, but the friendly atmosphere and open terraces provide coolness and comfort.
Make the most of the two private terraces and the upstairs balcony—perfect for admiring the bay or enjoying meals outdoors. Boating enthusiasts can moor their boat at the Gujan port, located right in front of the house during the summer season.
The house is ideally located for exploring the region: cycling paths and coastal trails are accessible directly from the property, and Arcachon train station is only 10 minutes away, offering quick access to Bordeaux.
