The Blue Marine vacation apartment (65 m²) is located in the Villa Blue Marine vacation home, which features 2 bedrooms, a room with a kitchenette, a terrace, and a separate entrance, and is designed to accommodate up to 4 people. It is located on the lower first floor of the building.

Bedroom 1 is furnished with a large single bed (160x200 cm), two nightstands, a large wardrobe, and a desk. Bedroom 2 is furnished with two single beds (80x200 cm), a nightstand, and a dresser. The kitchenette features a non-convertible sofa, a round table with chairs, and a coffee table. The kitchenette is equipped with all the necessary appliances for preparing meals, including a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, an oven, and a 4-burner induction cooktop. The living area opens onto a terrace furnished with patio furniture.

The windows in the living room, on the terrace, and in the master bedroom face west; bedroom 2 faces east.

A parking space on the property is available for guests. It may be shared with guests from the other part of Villa Blue Marine. Cars can only be parked one behind the other. It is also possible to park in public parking spaces on the street (subject to availability).

Temporarily, the TV is connected only to the internet. It is temporarily not possible to watch regular TV channels.
