Relax on the expansive waterfront deck, paddle out in the provided kayaks, enjoy the boathouse with its built-in bar, rinse off in the private outdoor shower, then cozy up by the wood-burning stove. Just 1 hour from NYC, it's the perfect lakeside escape.

Stretching 7.3 miles, Greenwood Lake sits on the border of New York and New Jersey, just 50 miles from New York City. This home is located in a quiet cove section of the lake (no-wake zone), offering calmer waters while still being within walking distance to local favorites like ice cream and coffee. Close to the Appalachian Trail and Sterling Forest State Park.

You’ll receive a unique access code 24 hours prior to check-in, ensuring a smooth and contactless arrival.

Main Level — Bright, open-concept living, dining, and kitchen area with panoramic lake views. Step directly onto the deck with an outdoor grill—perfect for meals overlooking the water.

• Bedroom 3: Bunk bed with trundle (3 twin beds) plus a separate full-size bed—ideal for kids, families, or extra guests

• Lakeside boathouse with an outdoor bar, perfect for relaxing by the water. (Please note: the boathouse is for guest enjoyment only and is not available for boat storage. There is no dock on the property.)
• Kayaks with launch access from the lakeside stone patio.
• Outdoor shower for rinsing off after a day on the lake.

Property was right on Greenwood lake with excellent views. Kayak available to use was a nice convenience. We enjoyed sitting off the deck and admiring views. We can see ourselves going back to this property. Thank you !
