This ground-floor accommodation is situated within a small-scale apartment complex at the entrance of Sint-Annaland. From the garden, you can enjoy a stunning view of the Oosterschelde, where sailboats occasionally appear on the horizon. The balcony overlooks the charming harbor and two beautiful, traditional Zeeland windmills that add to the picturesque scenery of Sint-Annaland. In this lovely setting, you can take in the fresh sea air and unwind while listening to the gentle rustling of the wind, the rhythm of the sea, and the calls of seagulls.
Access the apartment via the stairs or elevator in the central hall, leading you to a welcoming entrance that opens into a bright, tastefully furnished living space, which combines the living room and kitchen. The cozy seating area is arranged around the television, featuring a comfortable sofa, two armchairs, a coffee table, and nautical-themed decor.
The kitchen boasts a large, sturdy table with seating for six. It is fully equipped with modern appliances, including a hob, combination microwave, dishwasher, fridge, and freezer, allowing you to whip up delicious meals during your stay. Enjoy a delightful cup of coffee or tea indoors or on the garden or balcony with the provided Nespresso coffee machine and kettle.
This accommodation includes two bedrooms, each situated on opposite sides of the apartment, allowing you to choose your preferred view upon waking up.
The sea-facing bedroom, adjacent to the living room, features a double bed with two separate mattresses (160x200 cm / 2 x 80x200 cm), two bedside tables with lamps, and a wardrobe. The windows are fitted with blackout curtains, though you might be tempted to leave them open to enjoy the stunning view of the Oosterschelde right from your bed—a truly unique experience! Both this bedroom and the living room offer direct access to the north-facing garden, which overlooks the Oosterschelde.
The harbor-side bedroom is located next to the kitchen and includes a double bed with two separate mattresses (180x200 cm / 2 x 90x200 cm), two bedside tables with lamps, a wardrobe, and a television. From this bedroom and the kitchen, you can step out onto the balcony (17.4 m²), which is furnished with complete garden furniture for six people, offering views of the Sint-Annaland harbor. With its south-facing orientation, this balcony promises plenty of sunny moments.
The modern bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower featuring a rain showerhead and a separate handheld shower, along with a sink, mirror, and hairdryer. The toilet, along with a hand basin, is conveniently located outside the bathroom.
For families with young children, a foldable cot (60x120 cm) and a high chair are provided. Additionally, a washing machine is available in the basement cupboard, and there is a storage room with a socket for bicycles in the basement of the apartment complex. One parking space is included with the accommodation, and unfortunately, pets are not allowed.
With the Oosterschelde at your feet, you can truly enjoy a holiday in the Zeeland landscape. This unique location gives you a feeling of peace and freedom with the wide unobstructed view of the sea, but also has the most important facilities within easy reach because the beautiful village of Sint Annaland is within walking distance. With shops, a supermarket, sports facilities, and restaurants, you don't have to travel far to be fully equipped. The area offers many endless activities for walkers, cyclists, and water sports enthusiasts. Discover the special nature areas such as the Krabbenkreek, the Rammegors, and the Slikken van de Heen.
Arrival is possible daily, except on Sundays. Weekly rentals apply during holiday periods.Payment must be made in advance.Check-in is available from 4 p.m., and on departure day, the house must be vacated by 9:30 a.m., with the key returned to the designated collection point.Baby cots, if available, do not include bed linen, so please bring your own.In most cases, bed linen and towels are provided.
