Our cozy, family-friendly, comfortable and luxuriously furnished holiday home for 4 people with sauna is located in the quiet Villapark “De Oesterbaai” on the South Holland (Zeeland) North Sea coast, directly on the beach of the Oosterschelde, in the charming village of Wemeldinge.
The house is comfortably furnished and has a large fenced garden.
The wonderful, quiet Oosterscheldestrand can be reached on foot. Here you can swim or enjoy the sun, a real paradise for water sports enthusiasts and divers. The closest town is Goes, visited by many tourists every year. Goes has a cozy shopping center and a historic character. Cities such as Middelburg, Vlissingen, Domburg, Bergen op Zoom, Bruges, Antwerp, Ghent and Rotterdam can be easily reached. You can go on fantastic cycling and walking tours in the area. Enjoy the beautiful Zeeland landscape with the sea, polders and orchards. Villapark de Oesterbaai is accessible from two sides without a barrier. The park has a reception where you can rent bicycles and a small playground for children and 4 jeux des boules.
The holiday home with sauna has every comfort and is suitable for a maximum of 4 people - it has two bedrooms with 1 double bed each.
Through the entrance you come into a hallway with a separate toilet and coat rack. Living room with stairs and with 2 comfortable sofas and 2 armchairs with cable TV, wifi, CD radio, DVD and large TV with Netflix (from the house in German).
You can use your own Netflix subscription on Apple TV. Please have your own German login data (email address and password)!
You can also connect your Playstation / game computer to the TV in the living room.
Dining room with a large table and 6 chairs. Modern, fully equipped, open kitchen with Siemens dishwasher, modern new oven with German language (Siemens) 2016, induction cooker (Siemens), toaster, mixer, orange press, coffee machine and Senseo.
Ground floor: master bedroom with double bed and bathroom with bath. Floor tiles (can be easily cleaned). On the first floor: bathroom with shower, washing machine, toilet, sink and sauna. Second bedroom with double bed.
Fly screens on all 'important' windows.
Outside you will find a large garden with a beautiful lawn, 2 wonderful terraces and a garden shed. Beds with duvets and pillows. There is a SUP board at the house. You can park 2-3 cars in front of the house. Finally: smoking not allowed, pets not allowed. Electricity, heating, WIFI and sauna are included in the price.

Only whole weeks. Saturday to Saturday or Sunday to Saturday. Departure day Saturday.

Additional information about renting bicycles:
There are two addresses where you can rent bicycles. Rental at the Villapark reception is possible, but more expensive than in the village. Price at reception: € 10.00 per day for men and women´s bikes € 50.00 per week.
You can also rent bicycles in the village from: Gijssel, Dorpsplein 6 in Wemeldinge, about 400 meters from the house. Price per day for men's and women's bicycles: € 8.00; Children's bike € 6.00 per day. € 40.00 per week for men's and women's bicycles, € 30.00 per week for children's bicycles. E-bike € 17.50 per day and € 87.50 per week. There is more info in the information map in the house!
