Approximately 20 minutes (1.4 km) separate the property from the beautiful sandy beach, which overlooks the Baltic Sea. A walk along the lively promenade (1.3 km), with its many shops and restaurants sets the holiday mood. Just 400 m away is the yacht harbour - ideal for sailing enthusiasts. Świnoujście is also home to historic fortifications. Fort Angel is 900 m away and Fort West is 1.4 km away. Spa enthusiasts can take advantage of the Baltic Park Molo Aquapark by Zdrojowa, 1.4 km away. Just a 15-minute walk away is the Passenger Wharf, from where you can cross to the other side of Świnoujście by ferry. Large windows overlooking the enclosed terrace let in plenty of natural light, accentuating the bright colour scheme of the interior. In addition, the terrace equipped with a table and chairs is the ideal place to enjoy your morning coffee in the fresh air. A separate space with a double, bed, provides a comfortable place to relax. The dining table is a cohesive connection between the kitchenette and living room, creating a space designed for dining and spending time with loved ones. The functionally furnished kitchen, equipped with high-quality appliances, is the ideal place to prepare home-cooked meals. Evening entertainment is provided by multimedia, such as a flat-screen Tv, as well as free Wi-Fi access. On warm days, pleasant cooling is guaranteed by air conditioning.
