Enjoy a refreshing swim in the residence’s shared pool, perfect for warm days. The pool is open from May 1st to October 15th. We recommend visiting the Porto Flavia gallery, the beaches of Masua, Cala Domestica, and the Belvedere.



A parking space is available on the property, and free street parking is also provided. Pets are not allowed. Smoking and parties are not permitted. Security cameras and/or audio recording devices are present on site. Late check-in is available for an extra fee.
